Responsible for staffing the ticketing area and assisting security to ensure all spectators have the proper tickets for entry. Volunteers may also be responsible for staffing Will Call location for ticket buyers to pick up previously purchased tickets and Amigo location for those that need mobility assistance.

Responsible for upkeep of Caddie area. Hand out lunch vouchers, yardage books, etc. for Caddie use. Organization of Caddie bibs.

Manage the Cart Area and control the charging, distribution, and collection of carts to authorized personnel. Assist with transporting professionals, veterans and volunteers throughout the course.

Assist in providing and maintaining a suitable driving range for all contestants. Specific duties include maintaining supplies such as range balls, beverages and player identification signs. This committee is outdoors and requires a lot of standing and mobility.

Works closely with the Golf Channel in order to broadcast the event. Roles include microphone operators, laser operators, etc.

Marshals ensure fair play among all participants as well as safety for spectators, and are stationed at locations throughout the course. Focus is on the tees, landing areas, greens and spectator crosswalks. Prepare for longer shift hours.
We ask all marshals to select at least one shift during the Official Pro-Am.

Responsibilities include greeting spectators and initiating conversation to offer assistance and answer tournament-related questions, for example, giving directions. Ambassadors will be moving around and mingling in an assigned area located throughout the Midland Country Club course.
Traits: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time outside and have a positive, friendly attitude at all times when interacting with and approaching spectators.

Responsible for signing in players as they arrive throughout the week. Required to get players to fill out necessary paper work, pay entry fees, sign tournament memorabilia, etc.

Assist with the organization and distribution of autographed framed photos for each group and to assist with the Pro-Am shopping experience.

Responsible for assisting youth Pro-Am caddies as a liaison between the paired amateur.

Responsible for assisting Chair in registering and assigning Pro-Am youth caddies to golfers, as well as help check in caddies on Pro-Am day.
Responsible for assisting the Chair in creating Standard Bearer schedule for the next day's competitive round.

This role entails pushing a cart with a golf bag for an assigned amateur golfer. The “Amateur” will be in a 5-some, including one LPGA golfer and her professional caddie. Caddies will be actively involved in their 5-some, “rubbing elbows” on the fairway and greens with a world class professional golfer and caddies, and many industry and community leaders as “Amateurs”.
Traits: Friendly, knowledge of golf, and 13-18 years of age.

Assist in providing and maintaining a suitable putting green and short game area for all contestants. Specific duties include maintaining supplies with the facility such as golf balls, beverages, and more. This position does require long periods of standing and maintaining an organized practice area.

Responsible for obtaining scores from the walking scorers via the radio and entering them into the computers for the leaderboard. Substantial golf knowledge is necessary.

Exclusive inside the role opportunity to experience with professional athletes for 18 holes while carrying a standard. Basic golf knowledge is encouraged. Committee is reserved for youth participants 13-18 years of age.

Responsible for transporting players, staff and VIPs to various locations (including hotel, driving range and airport transfers) in courtesy vehicles provided by the Tournament. Committee works before and after tournament.
We ask all Transportation volunteers to select at least one shift on Tuesday, June 25 or Wednesday, June 26. This will be to your advantage to help you get oriented to the role before the tournament rounds begin.

Responsible for ensuring that all military personnel and veterans have proper credentials to enter the hospitality suite area and assist with locations of specific suites. Ensuring guests are having a great time, addressing any questions or needs, quiet signs, wristband delivery, etc.

Each scorer follows a particular group, marking each stroke and specific statistics. At the end of each hole, these volunteers are responsible for communicating scores to the greens reporters. Substantial golf knowledge is necessary. Must be able to walk 18 holes.
